Flat Tire on New Car

Sempai (my husband) just called and he got a flat tire on the way to work. What pisses me off is the fact the car he got a flat tire on is not even a month old and now he will be late for work. The thing has barley been driven and it has a flat tire, that is BS! Now I have to pay to have the tire fixed when I have not even had to make my first car payment. Such BS!
